A single approval to establish, operate and manage the project
The Golden License is a single approval issued by the Cabinet to establish, operate and manage a project, covering building permits and the allocation of the necessary real estate, and it is effective in its own right. It is granted to projects that meet the criteria set by the Cabinet. We assess whether your project meets these criteria, prepare the application, and handle the procedures through to the Cabinet’s decision.

After the approval is issued
- GAFI monitors the project’s compliance with the conditions set out in the approval.
- In case of a violation, the investor is notified, and implementation of the project or the incentive may be suspended for up to one year.
- If the violation continues, the approval may be revoked by Cabinet decree.
